The official video documentary of Funkin' Stylez 2006 features 4 hours of dance battles on the highest level. Funkin' Stylez started in 2004 with the first Mixstyle 5 vs 5 Team Battle concept in Germany.
The 3rd edition of Funkin' Stylez is a landmark event for the German urban dance scene. It connects the dance scene of the whole world.
Top Dancers from Japan, Korea, USA, France, Denmark, Germany, Benelux, Finland and Spain, came together to share the dance.

Angefangen hat alles 2002. Es gab in Deutschland nur eine Handvoll Tänzer, die sich mit Funkstyle und anderen urbanen Tanzstile befaßten. Damals versuchte man vergeblich die urbanen Tanzstile zu verbreiten und in Deutschland eine Tanz Community aufzubauen. Doch durch die immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnene und unerläßlich gewordene Internet kam dann die Idee, die Vorzüge des World Wide Webs zu nutzen, um eine Tanzplattform schaffen. Aus der Idee wurde 2004 Dance Unity von Takao Baba und Kadir „Amigo“ Memis gegründet.
